Aldersbrook Cottage is half way down the track leading to Armitage Farm where David and Joyce Boden live.

The entrance to the farm is directly opposite a red post box on Stubwood lane. There is also a distinctive house at the top of the track with black and white tiles around the first floor.

Turn down the track, the cottage is half way down on the left hand side.

Directions from M1 & M6

M1 South
Exit the motorway at Junction 23A, taking the A50 following the signs for Stoke on Trent. Take the A50 to Uttoxeter. At the Little Chef/MacDonald’s island take the B5030 to Rocester, go straight over the roundabout. Keep going for about 3 miles until you see the first JCB lake on the left. As you approach Rocester and the JCB buildings turn left into Station Road sign posted to Hollington. Go up the hill with the main JCB building on your right hand side and continue for around half a mile. Take the next right hand turning into Stubwood lane signposted Stubwood and Denstone. Continue up the lane for about 200 yards. Turn left opposite the post box into Armitage Farm. Aldersbrook Cottage is half way down the track on the left hand side.

M1 North
Exit the motorway at Junction 24A. taking the A50 following the signs for Stoke on Trent. Take the A50 to Uttoxeter. At the Little Chef/MacDonalds island take the B5030 to Rocester, go straight over the mini roundabout. Keep going for about 3 miles until you see the first JCB lake on the left. As you approach Rocester and the JCB buildings turn left into Station Road sign posted to Hollington. M6 South
Exit the motorway at Junction 14 and follow the signs to Stafford. Take the A518 to Uttoxeter. As you enter Uttoxeter you will come to a large island, take the 2nd exit you will pass the JCB digger park on your left. At next mini roundabout take the 1st exit left signposted Alton Towers. Next mini roundabout take 2nd exit, passing large Tesco store on your right. Take 2nd exit at the next mini roundabout, this road will take you over the A50. At next mini roundabout turn right B5030 to Rocester. Keep going for about 3 miles until you see the first JCB lake on the left.
